The upload workspace is not the final system. It is the diagnostic layer — the place where we understand your data before we build anything around your actual operation. Think of it as the intake and analysis phase, not the finished product.

Deposit and workspace
Pay the $1,000 deposit. Your data workspace is ready the same business day. You get a link to upload.
Day 0–1
Upload your exports
Inventory export, sales report, or both. CSV or XLSX from any POS. We handle the mapping and cleaning — no technical setup required.
Day 1–3
Preliminary diagnostic
Cannabase reads your data and produces a plain-English report: what is moving fast, what is sitting, and where the biggest opportunity is.
Day 3–7
Strategy call
One hour with the founder. We go through the diagnostic together, identify the single workflow that will move the needle most for your shop, and scope the build.
Week 1–2
First workflow built
We build your first custom Cannabase workflow. Scoped on the call, built around your actual data and your actual floor process.
Week 2+
Review and monthly plan
You review the result. We iterate together. Then you decide whether to continue on a monthly plan. No obligation.
